If you elect to self-pay for services, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. This is provided in compliance with the No Surprises Act and will be available prior to your first appointment or upon request.

If you’re using one of these plans, I will submit claims directly on your behalf. However, I always recommend calling your insurance provider to confirm your mental health benefits before getting started, as coverage can vary by plan.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If you have a different insurance provider, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company to obtain reimbursement.
How to Check Your Out-of-Network Benefits
Call your insurance provider and ask:
- Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health services?
- What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
- Is there an out-of-network deductible I need to meet first?
