Individual Therapy?

A warm, one-on-one space where we explore what’s holding you back—whether it’s anxiety, past trauma, perfectionism, or overwhelm—and help you move toward healing, self-trust, and an increased sense of calm.

Individual therapy is a one-on-one space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or feeling overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together, therapy offers a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

In our work together, therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding you. We’ll get curious about the patterns that are no longer serving you and explore the experiences that shaped them. My approach is deeply relational, meaning I believe healing happens in the context of a safe and attuned relationship. I primarily use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support healing from trauma, and also incorporate mindfulness, ego states work, and somatic techniques to support whole-person wellness.
